April 2011 Ron: Before we began using Spiritual Solutions, we kept all the church financial records using several different Excel spreadsheets which was very time consuming. Using Spiritual Solutions, we enter information one time; weekly offerings, worship attendance, membership changes, invoice payments and journal entries. It all goes into one software system and we can get many, many different reports. I began using e-Chamber in January 2006 with the start of my employment at the Canyon Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. My enthusiasm in using this program has continued to mount since the first time I used e-Chamber. I contribute this to the ease of using the program, your technical support, the clarity of your direction, the acceptance of new ideas from us and other clients, and the new features you provide on an ongoing basis. The initial cost of the program was minimal compared to others. We are a Chamber with only two paid staff and over 500 members. We are in an unincorporated area which means we receive no hotel occupancy taxes, and operate on a tight, limited budget. BAAC Corp has provided us with first rate tech support, a great program and the best customer service for very cost-conscious fees. In addition, at your prompting upon the launch of our new website in September 2008, we incorporated additional specific directories that immediately increased traffic to our members! The recent seven months’ traffic via the new site compared to the previous seven months’ on the old site revealed an increase of traffic by over four times! Our additional directories please our members and increase the benefits of being a member of our Chamber, which increases membership. It has been a pleasure to do business with you. I had limited knowledge of computers--primarily email and how to type a document. I came across BAAC's website, and it seemed to offer many of the things I was looking for in the association manager software. When I called the 1-800 number, I was pleased with Ron's interest in our specific homeowners' issues and his willingness to adapt a program to meet our needs. Additionally, our local Chamber of Commerce had used BAAC's software. We visited the Chamber of Commerce, and they showed us how easily the program he designed for them worked. Even though Ron was in Florida, we felt that he offered what our association needed. He has patiently answered all our many questions and diligently implemented our ideas into the software. He has been available by phone at all hours and via email. We are very pleased with the program he has designed for our property owners association, and the distance has been no problem as we have worked out the kinks. For those of you that aren't aware, the chamber purchased "e-chamber" a couple of months ago from Ron, who designed it specifically for small to mid- sized chambers. It is software that aids chambers with keeping track of their members, dues, referrals, billing, etc. This is a wonderful tool for us that didn't cost an arm and a leg (in fact, we bought it for less than $300). Ron's program - "e-chamber" - gave us the ability to offer this "link" to our member businesses. Ron and Mike worked together to make this happen.
